Who We Are
NFL Flag Poland is the premier youth flag football league for boys and girls aged 6 - 17 located in Poland. The program provides young athletes a fun and exciting opportunity to enjoy the game of American football in a safe, non-contact environment. Our system of clinics and orientations will introduce new players to the game and rules, while our regular season will feature games that allow players to enjoy the challenges of competition and discover the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and friendship.

Meet the Team
Terrance Owens
League Organizer
Terrance Owens is a former professional American Football player with over 20 years of experience playing the game. Terrance started as quarterback for the University of Toledo and had the opportunity to attend the NFL rookie mini-camp with the Pittsburg Steelers and the Kansas City Chiefs in 2013.
Now he is on a misssion to change the perception of American football in Poland and provide children with the opportunity to play America's most popular sport. He believes that American Football can positively impact the lives of young people in Poland and give then a sense of purpose and direction. Terrane is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with young players and helping them develop their skills on and off the field.
Anna Owens
League Organizer - Communications Director
Anna Owens is a passionate advocate for the development of the youth and has dedicated her career to putting children in a position to be successful. She is committed to promoting NGL Flag, a non-contact version of American Football designed for children. Anna handles all communication with parents, potential investors, and anyone interested in learning more about NFL Flag. She is known for her exceptional organizational skills and her ability to bring people together to achieve a common goal.
Lei Ditch
Program Director
Lei is passionate about introducing flag football to young athletes around the world. With both his son and daughter currently playing NFL Flag, he has witnessed firsthand the positive impacts the sport has on its participants.
Lei has 20 plus seasons of experience leading youth football programs. His South Bay Jags flag football teams have won 12 league titles, 4 Hard Count Athletics regional championships, and the 2022 Hard Count Athletic National Championship.
Tj Richardson
League Organizer - Warsaw
Tj is a former professional American Football player with over 20 years of playing/coaching experience. He attended Millersville University and graduated with a Degree in Biology and Chemistry. Played inernationally in Europe for 7 years.
"I have a goal to grow the American Football culture in Poland and help shape the future generations of professional players". "I see myself as an ambassador of the game that can help bridge the gap between Europe and the United States from a football oerspective".
Daniel Piechnik
League Organizer - Trójmiasto
Daniel Piechnik is currently the Head Coach of the Polish National Flag Football Team. Daniel has over 10 years of experience coaching from “pee wee” to senior level. Organized over 10 flag football tournaments and coaches clinics. He is now coaching over 30 players aged 6 to 14, within small community of Kolbudy near Gdańsk. He is also one of the authors of first Polish flag football manual for coaches and teachers that was published in 2013. Daniel also coaches tackle football, which he has won 4 National Championships. Daniel is a pioneer in Poland when it comes the game of American football and has experience coaching for Polish National Team as a well as US National Team during The World Games 2017.
Zackaria Oueldsidi
League Organizer - Wrocław
Zac experience dates back to 2015 when he took the initiative to promote the sport of Football overseas. Zac is one of the founding fathers of several programs from contact football, to female flag football, which he coached and organized the first international female flag football game in Africa, back in 2017. He has also co-founded the first college football team in Morocco, at the International University of Rabat back in 2019.
Zac has been playing professionally in Europe in the field position of Quarterback, over the course of the 3 past years, and has been in
structured football for the past 14 years.
Zac wants to continue to promote and introduce the game of football to the Polish community, and give access to young men and women to explore the beauty of the best sports to ever exist.
Katarzyna Dziklińska
League Organizer - Wrocław
Katarzyna has been associated with American football since 2018, when she took her first steps on the field as a player in the junior team of Wataha Zielona Góra. She gained a lot of valuable experience as a competitor in Great Britain, Finland, the Czech Republic and Germany. In 2021, Kate became a coach in the Wataha Zielona Góra team. She managed to end the 2023 season with two gold medals: as a player, winning the DBL2 competition in Germany and as a coach, winning first place in PFL9.
