

WHO WE ARE
NFL Flag Poland is the premier youth flag football league for boys and girls ages 6-17 based in Warsaw. Flag Football is a safe, non-contact environment for playing Football. Our Camps and training sessions will introduce children to the rules and techniques of the game. Our regular season will feature games where children will have the opportunity to use all the techniques they have learned during training. The principles of healthy competition among children, discovering sportsmanship, teamwork and making new friends - this is our mission.

Lei Ditch
Programme Director
Coach Lei is passionate about introducing Flag Football to young athletes around the world. With both his son and daughter currently playing in NFL Flag Football, he has a complete understanding of the positive impact the sport has on its participants.
Lei has over 20 years of experience coaching youth football programs. His Flag Football teams, the South Bay Jags, have won 12 league titles, 4 Hard Count Athletics Regional Championships, and the 2022 Hard Count Athletics National Championship.

Terrance Owens
Organizator Ligii
Terrance Owens is a seasoned American Football player with a nearly 20-year career. He was a quarterback at the University of Toledo and in 2013 he participated in training camps with the Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers. Currently, Terrance aims to change the perception of American Football by offering children the opportunity to play this popular sport in the USA. He believes that Football will change their lives by opening doors to American colleges. He shares his knowledge and passion, helping young players develop their skills.

Anna Owens
Communications Director
Anna Owens has dedicated her career and dedication entirely to children and young people and to enabling them to succeed. She is totally committed to promoting NFL Flag Football, a non-contact version of American football dedicated to children. Anna handles all communication with parents, potential investors and anyone who wants to learn more about NFL Flag Football. She is known for her exceptional organisational skills and ability to bring people together to achieve a common goal.

Zackaria Oueldsidi
League Organizer - Wrocław
Zac began promoting football abroad in 2015 as one of the founding fathers of various programs, including tackle football and women's flag football. In 2017, he organized the first international women's flag football match in Africa. In 2019, he co-founded the first American football team at the college level in Morocco. He played professionally in Europe as a quarterback for the past three years and participated in football structures for 14 years. Zac wants to continue promoting football in the Polish community, inspiring young people to discover the sport. He is currently a player for Panthers Wroclaw in the ELF league.

Katarzyna Dziklińska
League Organizer - Wrocław
Katarzyna has been involved in American football since 2018, when she began playing as a player in the junior team of Wataha Zielona Góra. She gained experience throughout Europe, and in 2024 she won the German championship with the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns team. Since 2021, she has been the coach of the PFL9 champions Wataha Zielona Góra. In 2024, she made her debut at the World Championships in Finland with the Polish women's flag football team. Her efforts were appreciated by NFL Flag, which resulted in a nomination for the Females in Flag ambassador program.

Daniel Piechnik
League Organizer - Kolbudy
Daniel Piechnik, coach of the Polish Flag Football Team, has over 10 years of experience, coaching teams from juniors to seniors. He has organized over 10 tournaments and sports camps. He currently coaches over 30 players aged 6-14 in Kolbudy near Gdańsk. He is also the co-author of the first instructional book in Poland for Flag Football coaches and referees, published in 2013. As a coach of the American Football team, he won 4 National Championships and coached the Polish and US National Teams during The World Games in 2017.

Tj Richardson
League Organizer - Warsaw
TJ is a former American Football player with over 20 years of experience both on the pitch and as a coach. He played internationally for 7 years and graduated from Millersville University with a degree in Biology and Chemistry. His goal is to promote knowledge of American Football in Poland and support the development of future generations of professional players. TJ sees himself as an ambassador who will build a bridge between Europe and the United States through American Football.
